1. Can all stains be removed?

 

Of course there are permanent stains that can not be removed and we will be addressed by your carpet technician. Pet urine stains any type of artificially  colored stains may be lightened depending on what and how long it has been soaking into the carpet fibers.

 

2. How long will it take my carpet to dry?

Up to 24 hrs. it depends on the temperture of your home, humidity, and how soiled the carpet was . At Master Power Clean we use powerful air movers to expedite the drying process.

 

3. Can I walk on my carpet after cleaning.

 

YES. Please be extremely careful walking from the carpet to the tile or wood floor because the carpet is damp it will be slippery.

4.Do you move furniture?

 

YES. Most furniture. Please remove all breakable items. Some furniture cannot be moved pianos, entertainment center. Please consult your carpet technician.

 

5. Does Master Power Clean clean furniture?

 

YES. We can clean most furniture. Please consult with your professional carpet technician before cleaning.

 

6. Does Master Power Clean install carpet or tile?

 

YES. We can install all of your flooring needs from carpet, tile, hardwood, ceramic, and marble. If it goes on the floor we can handle it.  

 

7. Should I move anything?

 

NO. Let us handle what you would like to be moved. Your carpet technician will let you know if it can be moved. You will be required to move breakables, nick knacks, and pictures from dressers coffee tables etc..

8. Does Master Power Clean clean Apartments?

10. How often should I get my carpets cleaned?

 

We believe to maintain the life of your carpet we recommend in high traffic area rooms every 3-6 months. minimum once a year. most of our customers are on a 6 month plan..
